Do you dare to knead and prepare a homemade empanada? You won't regret it!
|450 g of strong flour||Accessory remover|
|90 g lard||Blade accessory|
|30 g fresh yeast|
|100 ml olive oil|
|50 ml water|
|70 g green pepper|
|80 g onion|
|2 boiled eggs|
|70 g yellow pepper|
|50 ml white wine|
|200 g tuna in olive oil|
|70 g red pepper|
If you prefer, you can replace the lard with the same amount of butter.
Mix for 1 minute at 37ºC and speed 2.
Mix for 5 seconds on speed 4.
Knead for 2 minutes on speed 2.
Once the dough has been prepared, once it has risen and rested, it can be frozen for future preparations.
Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
