Steamed Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, cleaned and boned.
- 1 onion.
- 4 medium potatoes.
- 1 green pepper.
- 18 peeled prawns.
- Parsley.
- ½ glass of white wine.
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation.
Prepare the steamer. Cut the pepper and the onion at juliana. Add the chopped vegetables on top of the aluminium foil which you will later use to wrap the salmon, then place the cut potatoes at slices seasoned. Then place the salmon on top, and on top of the salmon the prawns and the parsley. Drizzle with the wine and oil, close the foil and put it in the steamer. Finally after 12 minutes take out and eat hot.
