Küken Küken 1500W Glass Blender
ANDALUSIAN GAZPACHO
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Kg of ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Dl Olive oil
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- Fine salt
ELABORATION
Blanch and peel the tomatoes and place in the Küken blender, add the peeled and chopped cucumber, the pepper, the garlic and the bread soaked in water.
Blend for a few seconds and add the salt, vinegar and oil, tasting to adjust if necessary.
PESTO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- 20 Fresh albaca leaves
- 1 /2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- A few drops of olive oil
ELABORATION
Peel the garlic clove. Place the fresh basil leaves, the whole garlic clove and the pine nuts in the blender jar. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Blend everything with a blender until you have a uniform sauce. Serve the pesto sauce.
BLUEBERRY MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup of cherries
- Ice cubes to taste
- Water to taste
ELABORATION
Mix all the ingredients very well using the Küken glass blender, to release all the nutrients with the extractor effect of this wonderful machine that pulverises and extracts all the nutrients to be absorbed by our system.
Blend everything for a few seconds and serve.
