RECETAS DELICIOSAS CON EL ROBOT DE COCINA
ROBOT DE COCINA KÜKEN TOUCH 9000

CARROT CAKE
4 eggs / 250 g carrot / 250 g baking flour / 120 ml sunflower oil / 1 sachet of baking powder / pinch of salt / butter.
ELABORATION
1. First of all, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Montamos el accesorio cuchilla en nuestro robot de cocina EASYChef.
3. Add 250 g of peeled and thickly sliced carrots.
4. Chop 15 seconds on speed 5.
5. Remove the lid and with the help of the spatula, push the remains that may have been left on the wall of the glass to the bottom.
6. Chop 15 seconds on speed 5.
7. Reserve the chopped carrot in a bowl.
8. Add 150 g of sugar, four eggs and a pinch of salt.
9. Beat for 2 minutes at 37ºC and speed 3.
10. Add 120 ml of sunflower oil.
11. Beat for 10 seconds on speed 5.
12. Add 250 g of flour, the sachet of baking powder and the chopped carrot.
13. Beat for 30 seconds on speed 3.
14. Pour the contents into a baking dish, previously greased with butter.
15. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
MEATBALLS IN SAUCE
250 gr Minced pork / 250 gr Minced beef / 800 gr Ripe tomatoes / 50 gr Onion / 4 cloves of garlic / 1 egg / 50 ml Olive oil / 100 ml White wine / Breadcrumbs / Parsley / Pepper / Salt.
ELABORATION
1. First of all, prepare the meat to make the meatballs: in a large bowl, place the two types of meat, an egg, two finely chopped garlic and parsley, a little breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated and make balls that are not too big.

3. Add 50 ml of olive oil.
4. Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
5. Add 250 g of finely chopped onion and place the deep steamer tray with the meatballs in the mixing bowl. It is important that the meatballs do not pile up so that they cook well. Cover.
6. Cook for 15 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
7. Remove the tray with the meatballs for a moment and add 800 g of tomato in medium pieces to the glass. Place the tray with the meatballs back on top.
8. Cook for 30 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
9. Remove the tray with the meatballs and add 100 ml of wine. Replace the tray with the meatballs.
10. Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
11. Remove the deep steam tray and reserve the meatballs in a bowl.
12. Careful not to burn yourself, replace the remover accessory with the blade accessory.
13. Blend for 20 seconds on speed 6.
14. Volvemos a colocar el accesorio removedor en nuestro EASYChef.
15. Add the meatballs to the food processor.
16. Cook for 6 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
AUBERGINES STUFFED WITH MEAT
2 aubergines / 250 g minced meat to taste / 150 g green pepper / 100 g onion / 1 clove garlic / Cheese for gratin / 50 ml olive oil / Pepper / Salt / Oregano
ELABORATION
Cut the aubergines in half and hollow them out, reserving the flesh in a bowl, leaving about half a centimetre around them.
2. Incorporamos 500 ml de agua en el vaso de nuestro robot de cocina EASYChef.
3. Place the deep steam tray on top of the robot and place the aubergine halves face down. Put the lid on.
4. Steam for 15 minutes at 120ºC.
5. Careful not to burn, remove the aubergines and place them face up in an ovenproof dish.
6. Remove the steam tray, remove the cooking water from inside the mixing bowl and insert the stirring attachment.
7. Add 50 ml of olive oil.
8. Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
9. Add 100 g of peeled onion in medium pieces, 150 g of washed green pepper, also in medium pieces, and the peeled and chopped garlic clove.
10. Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
11. Add 250 g of minced meat and the inside of the aubergines in medium pieces. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
12. Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
13. Without removing the lid, add 50 ml of white wine through the filler hole, leaving it open so that the alcohol can evaporate in the next step.
14. Cook for 10 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1.
15. Place the stewed meat in a bowl and fill the aubergines with it. Add the grated cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
16. Bake the aubergines in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Approximately 10 minutes at 200ºC with the grill on.
